At Atlantic Engineering Solutions, we work closely with you and your team to fully understand your requirements, whether it be new bespoke design or improving existing design, and by assessing processes for their relevance, and adequacy of existing engineering equipment.

We then offer a high-level engineering design service by working closely with specialist equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a fully compliant cost-effective solution.

Our work is directed toward defining the Design & Scope of the Project, Developing a Cost Estimate and a Schedule for the Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Commissioning and Startup

Execute

Once design brief is completed and approved by the client, we transform the theory into practical.

Our responsibilities involve:

  • Sourcing high-quality, low-cost equipment option using key global partners
  • Ensuring quality control measures and certification from relevant authorities
  • Providing logistical support through well-established shipping agents
  • Selecting, managing, and working with sub-contractors for site installation
  • Ensure projects are completed on time within financial budget constraints
  • Train operational staff to operate, troubleshoot and maintain the system

Maintain

It is important to maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates. Failures and downtime can have a significant effect on your bottom line and your ability to deliver on your obligations.

We understand these issues and would work directly with your technical department to effect maintenance protocols and troubleshooting guides which will ensure your equipment continue operating at optimum levels. We can also assist you in sourcing and setting up single site depots for spares to ensure minimal downtime

Finally we can revisit your site at scheduled intervals or as and when required to resolve any problems, carry out essential maintenance, optimise performance and also undertake retraining exercises for your staff.
